Sorry for the late email; technical difficulties.
A new semester is upon us, which means a new semester of USwing! Our permanent location for Wednesdays this semester is Coffman 303 at the same USwing time of 8-10 pm. Monday nights are pending. There will be meeting on Wednesday, January 20th.

Hey Everyone,
Good news: we have a place to dance this week. We'll be meeting in Coffman Rm. 325 at 8:30-10:00. Now the Bad News: it is a carpeted room so please wear appropriate footwear.
For all the new people in the club, there is no reason to bring a partner. No experience is required (we teach you everything you need to know). Please wear comfortable clothing for easy movement.

I hope that you all have had a safe and relaxing break from school. I, for one, have had a pretty busy and traveltastic vacation, and it’s only halfway done.
It’s a new year, and there’s a lot of exciting things coming up this semester: Hawkeye Swing Festival, weekly meetings, and Late Night Swing.

Hi all,
This is Chris. This email is just to remind everyone that lessons will happen again tomorrow at 8:00 p.m. in Wiley Hall. No need to worry if you couldn't come to previous meetings; senior members will be more than happy to catch you up and integrate you into a group. Like last time the meeting will be half instructional and half social dance. For all those new to the email list, no need to bring a partner. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes (sandals aren't very good).
